Graduate degree from an accredited program in Counseling/Social Work or can provide proof of education that abides by the vigor of accredited programs
Comprehensive knowledge about: mental health, diagnosing utilizing the DSM V and the ICD-10, effective and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Can effectively provide therapeutic strategies with children, adolescents, adults, families and/or couples
Ability to work independently utilizing appropriate clinical judgement and awareness of when to seek consultation
Maintain composure and manage any crises that may arise
Complete documentation and other case management duties in a timely manner
Ability to work evenings or weekend hours
Maintain a consistent caseload with an 80% retention rate
Team spirited, strong work ethic, and abides by the code of ethics
