Group Therapy

Learn, Connect, and Grow Together

Group threrapy offers a unique opportunity to grow in connection with others who may be navigating similar experiences.

Atย TriWellness, our groups in Chicago and Napervilleย provide structured, clinician-led spaces where children, teens, and adults can build skills, explore challenges, and strengthen connection in a supportive environment. Each group is designed around specific needs, developmental stages, or clinical goals and is facilitated by members of our clinical team.

Unlike individual therapy, group therapy allows participants to learn not only from the therapist, but also from shared experiences, perspectives, and interpersonal connection.
