What Are Mental Health Workshops?
Workshops are structured, educational offerings designed to provide:
- Practical tools and coping strategies
- Psychoeducation about mental health topics
- Skills for emotional regulation and stress management
- Guidance for parenting and caregiving
- Support for navigating life transitions
- Insight into neurodivergence, anxiety, and mood concerns
Unlike therapy groups, workshops are typically more educational in nature and may not involve ongoing group interaction.
